wxgsi Parisian designer Stéphane Chamard infused his Toronto Victorian with elegant touches, and followed in the European tradition of making the most of every inch. In his powder room, a bright white palette, minimalist decor and table-style vanity make the small space feel roomier, while an above-counter sink makes a sculptural statement.
